Mac Brothers started off as a producer of stainless steel catering equipment and grew to be a leading supplier and producer for brands such as Burger King, the Spur Group, Dunkin’ Donuts and various other prominent players in the food service industry.

Mac Brothers has partnered with a leading UK producer to locally manufacture internationally renowned mortuary equipment, which will complement its current range of body storage racking systems.

WASHROOM ACCESSORIES

A new partnership with a European producer, PROOX, has been established to distribute a range of washroom accessories to complement the Mac-Care range.

OUR FACTORY:
Mac Brothers is a leading producer of high-quality catering equipment. We recently invested over R30 million in additional machinery at our state-of-the-art production plant, which now boasts the latest Salvagnini P4 panel blender, fibre optic laser cutters and several other sheet metal manufacturing and general assembly machines.

This high-end facility allows the company to employ the latest stainless steel fabrication techniques from across the world, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards for local and export markets, with distribution through its national footprint. Mac Brothers specialises in design for manufacturing and assembly using the latest 3D product design software such as Solid Works, SigmaNest and Revit.

DESIGN:
Mac Brothers has a fully qualified team of designers to liaise with clients, from conceptualisation stage through to final building plans, focusing on creating an efficient, sustainable and productive working environment that meets world-class standards. We also offer 3D-animated renderings for presentation purposes, which enables clients to digitally view the proposed result - even before the first brick is laid.

INSTALLATION:
For specialised applications such as catering and mortuary equipment, our Project Management Division provides turnkey solutions that include services such as design, manufacture, installation and after-sales service to the customer. Our association with a leading European company brings
international know-how and will ensure a safe and compliant final solution for the customer.
